Thanks to my boyfriend, now I’m an average video games addicted. What do I like the most? Hearthstone, The Witcher III, Ori and the Blind Forest, I’m also trying the beta of Gwent, but I’m not so good at it. I’m really addicted to Hearthstone. So, I want to dedicate this week’s movie marathon to video games and to my nerdy boyfriend.
There aren’t a lot of movies pulled from video games and not many are well done. Seriously, what’s wrong with you, Hollywood? Video games are important!
These are my 3 favourites:

• Lara Croft: Tomb Rider, 2001, directed by Simon West, with Angelina Jolie and Jon Voight. Well, my list should be made by both the two movies, because I love Tomb Rider (and Angelina Jolie) a lot. So adventurous, like a feminine Indiana Jones! And I love Indiana Jones a lot too!
• Silent Hill, 2006, directed by Christophe Gans, with Radha Mitchell and Sean Bean. This movie really scared me a lot, I think I didn’t sleep for a while, but I think it’s a good movie (only the first one).
• Warcraft, 2016, directed by Duncan Jones, with Travis Fimmel and Paula Patton. I’m a fan of this world, of all these creatures (I’m playing Hearthstone every single day) and this movie is so well done I hope someone is projecting at least two sequels!
