This beauty routine is dedicated to hair. I’ve never been a lot into hair, I’m not one of those people who cares a lot about brightness, softness etc. But I love my hair, I tried a lot of haircuts and hairstyles, I even coloured them once.
But there’s a moment when you realise that if you don’t use the right products you can ruin it. So I chose to buy organic shampoo without parbens and every other toxic ingredient (such as ammonium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, formaldehyde, alcohol…). I bought Sciampo Delicatissimo by Derbe, with a very delicate formula that doesn’t hurt your hair nor your dermis. It has sugar, coconut, millet and camomile, with a soothing and normalising effect. It’s so strange to use a shampoo that doesn’t make a lot of lather, but your hair will thank you.
This is obviously a shampoo for normal hair. I have long, almost straight and non-coloured hair. If you have, for example, curled hair, you need to improve this shampoo with a good organic conditioner, because I know that lather gives you the sensation of a better unravel hair, but it is dangerous because it is made by Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, an aggressive cleanser.
