It’s movie marathon day: friendship goals!

Hello friends! I think it’s time to dedicate a movie marathon to… friends! I’m talking about real friends, people who would do anything for you and, over all, would delete anything from your computer if you’d die. That kind of friend ship is my friendship goal and I think these 3 movies I chose are the best to show love between friends.

  • Stand by me, 1986, directed by Rob Reiner, with Will Wheaton (Big Bang Theory host), River Phoenix (R.i.p.) and Kiefer Sutherland. It is based on Stephen King novella’s The Body, but don’t worry, it will not scare you. Even if there’s a dead body.
  • Now and then, 1995, directed by Leslie Linka Glatter, with Christina Ricci and Thora Birch. IRL the movie is full of adult celebrities, but the most important characters are the girls. It goes along the same lines as Stand by me, but it’s more… a girl thing.
  • The sisterhood of the traveling pants, 2005, directed by Ken Kwapis, with Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera, Blake Lively and Amber Tamblyn. 4 different girls but one big unique friendship. Nothing more to say. It’s a simple teen movie, but I think you need it.

There are a lot more movies about friendship and also adult friendship, would you chose other films for this marathon?
Happy friendly weekend!
